1. 2. Automated cutting machine: This machine is fully computer-controlled, which can accurately cut according to the designs to ensure the shape and size of each piece are exactly the same. It highly improves our efficiency and material utilization rate, and also enhances the consistency and standardization of product design.

3. Double-head eye-punching machine: To Improve the efficiency for punching eyes and nose of the toys, we use this advance machine, which can install two accessories simultaneously . Its hydraulic or pneumatic system can ensure that each component reaches the preset tensile strength, far exceeding international standards, fundamentally eliminating the safety hazard of small parts falling off, allowing your procurement to be worry-free and reassuring.

4. Stuffing machine: The operator will fill different parts of the toy differently relying on his rich experiences. Whether it is the bottom that requires full support or the head and limbs that pursue fluffy and soft texture, the filling amount and density can be precisely controlled by hand to achieve a dynamic and vibrant shape.

5. Fiber blower machine: Before packaging, all finished products will be processed by the machine. With strong and even wind force, it effectively removes the floating fiber and fine dust adhering to the surface, making the product's fluff smoother and neater, and significantly enhancing the hand feel and appearance grade.

6. High-sensitivity needle detector: We commit that each product must pass through the metal detection before putting into packaging.
